4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Items We Cannot Remove
We do not remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, asbestos, explosives, or any items prohibited by law.
